Key Responsibilities Google Business Profile Ownership & Platform Insight
Contribute insight informed by real ownership or administration of a verified Google Business Profile
Apply hands‑on experience managing business information, online presence, and platform interactions
Support project workflows that benefit from authentic familiarity with real business profile usage
Business Presence & Marketplace Representation
Bring practical knowledge of how businesses maintain and update online visibility across customer‑facing channels
Help ensure that insights reflect real‑world business owner behavior and profile engagement
Contribute to a diverse pool of business voices across multiple industries and business types
Structured Participation & Quality Contribution
Participate in project workflows as an active and engaged business profile owner or administrator
Support high‑quality outputs through accurate representation of real platform usage and business operations

Ideal Profile
Active ownership or administration of a verified Google Business Profile

A functional understanding of managing a business listing
At least one year of active account history, although newer business owners with consistent profile engagement are also encouraged to apply
Experience operating within a consumer‑facing business environment

Experience representing businesses in sectors such as hospitality and lodging, food and beverage, retail and shopping, or professional services
Consistent engagement with Google Business Profile tools and profile maintenance workflows
