Job Overview The client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join their onsite team in Tinley Park. This role provides essential administrative and data entry support to ensure daily operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with data in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry into internal systems

Process, review, and organize documents and records

Support daily administrative and clerical tasks

Maintain files, reports, and spreadsheets

Communicate with internal teams as needed to resolve discrepancies

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all information handled

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data systems)

Ability to work onsite and maintain a consistent schedule

Strong time management and reliability

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tinley Park, IL.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
