Description
Duration: May 12 - August 21, 2026 with potential to continue into 2026-27 academic year
Pay Rate: $12.22/hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide general office support, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Help with mailings (printing, stuffing envelopes, addressing) on a daily basis.
Run errands, such as taking packages to the FedEx office or purchasing items from the bookstore.
Help organize and track office supplies.
Help organize and track marketing materials.
Put together marketing materials for development officers.
Answer and make phone calls related to alumni and event activities.
Research alumni and donor career accomplishments, interests, and potential areas of engagement to enhance communication strategies.
Provide support for events, including: Homecoming and Family Weekend; Visiting Committee meetings (one fall, one spring); Research vendors and service providers; Attend events to help set up, check-in attendees, run errands, take notes, etc., as needed.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
