Mortgage Compliance Analyst
to join our Compliance team at our corporate headquarters in Brookfield, WI. This fully onsite role is ideal for a self‑motivated compliance professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment and takes pride in protecting the organization, its customers, and its reputation.
In this role, you will be a trusted partner to leadership—supporting audits and examinations, ensuring regulatory adherence, and contributing to a strong culture of compliance. Areas of knowledge in HMDA, TRID and Marketing Compliance will be especially helpful in this role. If you are someone who proactively stays current on industry guidelines and thrives on precision, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Partner with management to support regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews
Review advertising and social media content to ensure regulatory compliance
Support
HMDA
reporting and
Fair Lending
reviews
Work on a variety of compliance projects and initiatives as business needs evolve
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
What We’re Looking For Technical & Industry Expertise
Working knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations including
TILA, RESPA, TRID, ATR/QM, ECOA, and HMDA
Familiarity with
vendor management
practices
Skills That Set You Apart
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume work
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with investors, regulators, and internal partners
Technology & Adaptability
Proficiency with LOS platforms, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Comfort learning and navigating multiple software systems
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results with minimal supervision
Adaptability in a changing regulatory and business environment
