Senior Mortgage Disclosure Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Disclosure Analyst to provide compliance support in mortgage lending.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver accurate initial mortgage loan disclosures within TRID guidelines Manage requests for updated fees and re-work loans as necessary Act as a broker contact for mortgage disclosure activities and maintain knowledge of TRID and product guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of mortgage experience, including at least one year as a disclosure desk analyst or related role Working knowledge of federal lending regulations, CFPB, and TRID requirements Knowledge of mortgage lending policies, procedures, and product guidelines Ability to analyze documents for compliance with regulatory requirements
