A company is looking for a Disclosure Desk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue initial disclosures, including Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures for Non-QM loans Review loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain adherence to disclosure standards Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information and manage disclosure timelines for timely document issuance
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, specifically with Non-QM loans and disclosure preparation Strong knowledge of TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other mortgage-related regulations Experience with Encompass (LOS) and familiarity with mortgage industry software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
