A company is looking for a Disclosure Specialist to ensure compliance with loan disclosures in the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Enter data for new loans and manage initial submissions Print and mail loan disclosures to customers and review necessary changes throughout the loan process Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all disclosures comply with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred experience in the mortgage industry Ability to complete mandatory company trainings within required timelines Familiarity with compliance and fraud reporting processes Experience with data entry and managing loan documentation
