A company is looking for a Disclosure Management Escalations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate data for Initial Loan Estimates and Change of Circumstance requests, ensuring compliance with regulations Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan processing and disclosures Assist management with audits, training support, and special projects while adhering to compliance policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; GED or foreign equivalent accepted Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Mortgage At least 2 years of customer service experience Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science Knowledge of compliance changes related to Reg Z, RESPA, TILA, and MDIA is advantageous
