We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
Monitor email
Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and elevate issues as needed
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce or other systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Adapt quickly to changing processes, systems, and customer needs
Deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a phone-centric customer service role required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to adapt to change and shifting priorities
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
Construction, utility locating, or related industry knowledge is a strong plus
Compensation
Pay Range: $24.00 – $26.00/hour DOE
