Chapman BMW is hiring a Customer Experience & Upgrade Specialist to join our Upgrade Center team!

We’re looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven professional who is passionate about cars and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Full-time position | Competitive hourly pay + commission (DOE)

What You’ll Do

Engage with BMW owners to present vehicle upgrade options

Deliver a personalized, world-class customer experience

Educate customers on BMW technology, features, and current incentives

Coordinate test drives and assist with trade-in evaluations

Build strong relationships with clients to support long-term loyalty

Help achieve sales targets and upgrade goals

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

Stay up to date on new models, features, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous automotive sales experience required

Passion for automotive industry and BMW brand knowledge preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset

Professional, reliable, and organized

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy setting

Schedule & Work Environment

Shifts vary between 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday-Saturday, closed on Sundays

Onsite role at Chapman BMW in Scottsdale, Arizona

Fast-paced dealership environment with direct customer interaction
