IT Instructional Designer – Emplify Health
Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Remote work for residents in WI, MN, or IA; occasional onsite.
Role overview: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining instructional content for Epic Cupid, Radiant, and Inpatient Orders to ensure clinicians and staff utilize Epic workflows safely and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
Design instructional management systems.
Evaluate new eLearning materials.
Create educational content.
Design and revamp both new and established learning models.
Implement feedback from program reviews.
Train others on delivering learning material.
Keep up to date with Epic build changes and upgrades.
Maintain training content and environment updates.
What's On Offer
Full time, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE).
Monday–Friday core business hours.
Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA; occasional onsite support may be required.
Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H‑1B) is not available for this position.
Starting pay of $60,100 per year plus more based on relevant work experience.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience developing training for Epic applications, with specific knowledge of Epic Cupid and/or Epic Radiant strongly preferred.
Willingness to become Epic trainer certified within 60 days of hire if not already certified.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and clinical stakeholders.
