Event Planner - NYC Area
Position/Title: Event Planner at RPT Entertainment.
Job Type: Contract/Freelance. Location: New York City.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
Work closely with RPT team and clients to bring visions to life.
Source venues, vendors, and entertainment talent.
Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics.
Oversee event set‑up, execution, and breakdown.
Ensure high‑level client satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of event planning experience.
Experience in corporate and social event planning.
Strong network of vendors in the NYC area (preferred).
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Portfolio including photos and videos of past events.
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
