A Little About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑oriented sales professional to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. What you’ll do: Prospect and Lead Generation
Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets
Use various tools and strategies to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline
Cold call, email, and use social media to reach out to potential clients
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects
Effectively communicate the value propositions of our SaaS and fintech products
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
Understand clients’ needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
Provide excellent customer service and follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction
Manage and track all sales activities and opportunities using CRM software
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients
Ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the sales manager
Identify and address client objections with confidence and professionalism
Use strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills to overcome hurdles and close deals
Adapt sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions

Our ideal candidate will have:
5‑6 years’ proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or fintech industry
Strong understanding of SaaS‑based solutions and fintech products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft
Exceptional pipeline management and organizational skills
Ability to handle objections effectively and close deals
Competitive, driven, and passionate about sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Physical Requirements:
This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
Occasional travel may be required for this position

The annual cash compensation for this role offers an on‑target earnings potential of $150,000/year (base + variable commissions).
