Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

You won't just be answering callsyou'll be a trusted guide, helping people understand their insurance needs and navigate important decisions. Provide friendly and professional service beyond the client's expectations. Self-starter who is able to take on new responsibilities Data entry, management of agency files, and attention to detail. General office support for all departments. Efficiently navigate client billing inquiries to provide accurate information, and complete billing transactions with precision. Answer incoming phone calls, greet walk-in clients and assist or direct clients to appropriate sources. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Experience in a customer service or role, delivering high quality service. State Insurance License or commitment to obtain your license upon hiring. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Comfort with sales processes and general understanding of sales technique. Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new programs. Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Ability to arrive on time and be dependable for a 40-hour work week commitment.
