Vice President of Sales / Head of Sales – IT Services (Logistics & Transportation)
Location: Atlanta Metro (Hybrid) (Local to Atlanta ONLY)
Comp: $150K Base + Commission | OTE $250K+ (Uncapped)

Role Overview Partner with the CEO to:
Build predictable pipeline
Win mid-market & enterprise deals
Hire & develop sales talent
Elevate market positioning
Key Responsibilities Revenue Ownership
Own new logo & expansion revenue
Carry annual quota
Build $3M–$5M qualified pipeline in year one
Team Building
Build performance culture
Required Experience
10–15+ years B2B tech/IT services sales
Mid-market/enterprise experience
Proven hunter; built pipeline from scratch
Preferred
Logistics/transportation tech exposure
Success Metrics (12–18 Months)
Pipeline, revenue, deal size, cycle time, forecast accuracy, strategic accounts opened
