Transformation Lead-Sourcing and Procurement
Senior Lead-Client Operations and Services
The Onsite Transformation Lead will serve as the primary representative in US for P2R transformation. The role leads end‑to‑end project execution, domain‑driven process improvements, stakeholder management, and ensures successful service rollout under the P2R operating model.
Job Responsibilities
Drive project management for US rollout includes planning, RAID management, governance meetings and daily execution.
Lead domain‑focused initiatives: buy‑channel optimization, Guided Buying adoption, PO accuracy improvements, catalog & contract governance.
Serve as the primary onsite liaison with CLIENT US stakeholders across IP, Finance/AP, IT and operations.
Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across P2R, S2C, Policy and TSM workstreams.
Support change management efforts: training, communication, leadership alignment and end‑user readiness.
Ensure process, data, policy and RACI alignment with global P2R standards.
Drive Day‑1 readiness, hypercare mobilization and stage‑gate compliance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any career stream
At least 12 years of experience as it pertains to the job description
Preferred Qualifications
15+ years’ experience in Procurement Transformation, P2P/P2R or S2C operations.
Strong program and project management expertise (PMP/Prince2 preferred).
Deep knowledge of SAP Ariba Guided Buying and procurement operating models.
Proven experience leading multi‑tower procurement transitions.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive‑level presence.
Ability to work onsite, independently and drive outcomes across global teams.
Location Location of this role is in Batavia, IL - Hybrid
