As our Human Resources Specialist, you won’t just support HR—you’ll help shape the employee journey. From welcoming new hires to capturing meaningful feedback and creating engaging company content, your work will have a real impact every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to for all things employee experience:
Lead 30/60/90‑day check‑ins to keep employees engaged and supported
Conduct exit interviews and turn feedback into valuable insights
Keep HR data organized, accurate, and ready to tell a story
Bring creativity to life through our monthly newsletter (think Canva + fun ideas!)
Partner with leadership on culture and engagement initiatives
Celebrate employee milestones like anniversaries
Coordinate HR meetings, projects, and initiatives
Help drive a positive, connected workplace culture
What You Bring
1–3 years of HR, admin, or employee relations experience
Strong attention to detail with a love for organization
Confidence using tools like Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Canva
Excellent communication and people skills
A passion for making work a better place for everyone
