If you're interested in B2B startups, PR and communications, or hands-on digital marketing, this is a rare internship where you'll take on real responsibility from day 1, contribute to revenue-generating campaigns, and leave with a portfolio you’re genuinely proud of. Join our Bellevue, WA team for an 8-10 week paid internship in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in‑office). What You’ll Do
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and communications, and you’ll contribute meaningfully to both. Areas of focus include: Marketing
Digital marketing: Support Esper’s paid media programs across Google, LinkedIn, and Reddit — write ad copy, develop creative briefs, help manage and optimize live campaigns Content marketing: Support the end-to-end launch of Esper’s annual State of Device Management report, including landing page copy, design coordination, and paid and organic promotion planning Marketing project management: Lead end-to-end coordination of marketing production workflows across web development, visual design, and content production, progressing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping stakeholders informed PR & Communications
Internal & external communications: Draft and distribute org-wide announcements and internal news updates; write employee social posts (think: award announcements and company milestones formatted for LinkedIn); draft press releases and publish them to our website Signature communications project: Own and execute one meaningful comms initiative with real impact across the organization The selected intern would report directly to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, with great levels of interaction with our Marketing and People teams. What We’re Looking For
A current student (rising Junior or Senior) or recent graduate with a focus in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field Exceptional written communication skills — clear, concise, and adaptable across formats and audiences Highly organized and self-directed; you’re a natural problem-solver who digs in to drive things forward Analytically curious — you can read a performance report, spot what matters, and draw a reasonable conclusion Experience with or exposure to paid digital marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), including campaign management and optimization, preferred Confident communicating across teams and coordinating stakeholders: you know when to follow up, flag blockers, and keep a project moving Strong attention to detail and an interest in brand voice and storytelling Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus Previous internship, coursework, or volunteer experience in marketing or communications preferred Must be located in the greater Seattle area; relocation assistance is not available Pay Range
