Northwell Health’s Sponsorship and Experience team is seeking an entry‑level Sponsorship Associate to provide administrative and operational support for the organization’s sponsorship and events portfolio. This role will assist in the coordination and execution of sponsorship assets, hospitality elements, and portfolio management activities while supporting the day‑to‑day functions of the team. The Sponsorship Associate will work closely with team members to ensure accurate tracking, timely execution, and consistent delivery of sponsorship commitments. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual interested in building foundational experience in sponsorship management and experiential marketing within a large, mission‑driven organization. Key Responsibilities

Support the distribution and tracking of sponsorship assets across platforms and programs Assist with hospitality coordination and on‑site or virtual sponsorship support Maintain sponsorship documentation, reporting, and portfolio tracking tools Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sponsorship and Experience team Assist with internal coordination and communication related to sponsorship initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience 0‑1 years of relevant experience, required Highly Preferred

Open to working hybrid Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management or related fields Salary Detail
