We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day management for one of our largest Health and Lifestyle clients in the pediatric nutrition category. The role involves working closely with our cross‑discipline leaders to enable long‑term success and help identify new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Account Leadership to translate client vision into a roadmap that achieves client goals and delivers creatively brilliant, measurable work.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client communications across multiple teams.
Manage, inspire, and motivate project teams, reviewing deliverables and ensuring work is highlighted, used, and appreciated.
Act as the agency’s expert on the client and collaborate with a large cross‑functional team internally and client‑side.
Drive profitability at scale, find innovative ways to build new best practices, and support new offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5+ years of client services experience in a digital and/or creative agency.
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across production, social, commerce, and shopper marketing deliverables across all digital and offline channels.
Familiarity with the CPG client category, with infant formula or pediatric nutrition product knowledge preferred.
Proven ability to build relationships that generate new profitable revenue opportunities and drive incremental growth.
Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills in a team‑oriented multi‑agency workplace; ability to foster career growth for project team members.
Excellent client‑service communication and the ability to convince and inspire stakeholders.
Proficiency in managing large media budgets and client financial processes with precision.
Experience negotiating statements of work and contracts, forecasting and scoping work with project management.
