The Talent Acquisition Internship is designed for a creative, detail-oriented individual to bridge the gap between Human Resources and Public Affairs. The intern will focus on elevating our employer brand to attract diverse talentfrom bus operators and mechanics to accountants and IT specialists Job Responsibilities

People focused - Able to build relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization Ability to learn about the company, understand corporate priorities and how Talent Acquisitions supports those priorities Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment Ability to work independently and as part of a team collaboratively Solid verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects with superior attention to detail Eager to learn new skills and programs Familiar with various social media platforms Utilize graphic design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Suite, to create flyers and digital content Familiar with Microsoft 360 or MS Office programs Compensation:
