Job Responsibilities
Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Proactive prospecting, follow‑up, and promoting new business.
Work and communicate effectively with prospective homeowners, realtors, and team members.
Understand the loan process to present to prospective homeowners.
Qualifications
Must have a Florida Real Estate License upon hire.
Previous new home sales experience preferred, or 2+ years experience in high‑end sales.
Strong listening, communication and negotiation skills.
A proven background in prospecting and follow‑up.
Commitment to act with integrity.
A high level of enthusiasm.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required.
Must have reliable transportation.
