Full-time, W-2 What You'll Be Responsible For
Build and manage relationships with general contractors, developers, municipalities, and property managers Identify and pursue project opportunities using bid platforms, planning resources, and industry contacts Lead client discussions to understand project scope, timelines, and requirements Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and industry events Work with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive project proposals Maintain detailed records of opportunities and activity in CRM Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts Support a smooth transition from signed contract to project kickoff Qualifications
Experience in construction, landscaping, environmental services, or similar B2B sales Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships Experience with project-based or service-based sales cycles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines Compensation
Base salary: $60,000-$80,000 Commission: performance-based, uncapped Expected total earnings (OTE): $90,000-$180,000 annually, depending on results Performance Expectations
Annual sales target of approximately $6M in awarded work Maintain an active pipeline aligned with business goals (approximately 3x annual target value) Target close rate of ~30% on qualified opportunities Timely follow-up and professional communication with prospective clients Grass Plus is an equal opportunity employer.
