Account Executive – Property & Casualty

Account Executive
who will support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

This role will focus on
risk management, client servicing, claims support, sales growth, underwriting, analytics, etc.
and collaborate with
producers, account managers, carriers, clients, internal operations teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
Participate in monthly renewal strategy meetings with Producers to manage timelines and deliverables
Provide technical support to Producers by reviewing quotations and proposals, identifying client exposures, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
Assist in coordinating property and casualty claims through internal claims resources
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and internal partners
Operational Excellence
Facilitate applications for new and renewal business, ensuring accurate documentation and timely binding
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the client management system, including applications, activities, and policy changes
Process and review endorsements and policies for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agency standards
Stay informed on market trends and carrier appetite to support effective placement and service delivery
Attend relevant training and educational programs and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Strategic Contribution
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness
Recommend and implement process improvements that support company objectives
Support retention and growth initiatives through proactive service and technical expertise
QUALIFICATIONS What You Bring Required
3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance
Experience managing general liability, commercial property, business auto, and umbrella policies
Prior experience working with an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and agency management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar systems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compensation: Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
