Conduct outbound prospecting via:
Cold calls
LinkedIn outreach
Email campaigns
Identify and engage decision-makers
Qualify leads based on defined criteria
Book meetings for the internal sales team
Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs
Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets
⭐ Requirements
Fluency in
Italian + English
(mandatory)
Previous experience in:
SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling cold calls and objections
Self-driven and performance-oriented
Experience using tools like LinkedIn / CRM is a plus
