Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to support market expansion across

Greece .

This role is focused on

outbound prospecting and lead generation . You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with cold outreach.

⭐ Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via:

Cold calls

LinkedIn outreach

Email campaigns

Identify and engage decision-makers

Qualify leads based on defined criteriaBook meetings for the internal sales team

Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs

Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets

⭐ Requirements

Fluency in

Greek + English

(mandatory)

Previous experience in:

SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable handling cold calls and objections

Self-driven and performance-oriented

Experience using tools like LinkedIn / CRM is a plus
