Territory Sales Specialist, GI - Alabama / Mississippi Location: Alabama.

About the Role We seek highly motivated individuals with dedication, integrity, and creative spirit to drive sales and build relationships across multiple medical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a wide geographic area to target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties.

Visit physician offices, hospital pharmacies, OR, ICU, and other relevant sites.

Fully understand and communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.

Comfortable with periodic field travel, including air travel; travel as needed within the territory.

Use data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies, targeting opportunities with the greatest ROI.

Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.

Manage and track territory‑specific information through a CRM system.

Maintain strong field presence and build relationships with internal personnel.

Required Skills and Experience

Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.

Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory.

Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong business acumen and comprehension of difficult clinical information.

Ability to articulate complex clinical messages to healthcare providers in real time.

Excellent organization and time‑management skills.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to teams and groups.

Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.

Experience with a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).

Independent and able to work within a team.

Attention to detail and follow‑through.

Preferred Qualifications

Gastroenterology experience preferred.

Knowledge of local/regional health systems.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must be able to sit for long periods.

Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing.

Occasional climbing stairs or using elevators.

Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Ability to manipulate keyboard, operate telephone, and use hand‑held devices.

Other miscellaneous job duties as required.
