PatientPoint is seeking an
Agency Partnerships Director
to ensure the success of the cross‑functional teams that support our commercial offerings. This is an opportunity to manage internal/external client relationships, drive measurable outcomes, and define/grow/support overall client partnership.
In this client‑facing role, you will work with digital advertising agency buyers and Life Science companies to demonstrate the value that PatientPoint could provide to their brands. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader and proactive problem‑solver who must possess strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and the ability to multi‑task. You must be able to work both independently and with a team, be accountable, creative, flexible, and organized with the ability to prioritize time‑sensitive assignments.
What You’ll Do
Cultivate thoughtful relationships with Agency leaders to provide solutions that align with our clients’ marketing strategies in support of future sales growth.
Act as a subject matter expert on our commercial solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of our strategy, contracts, and operations to strategically position our offerings with digital advertising agency partners.
Navigate with a great deal of independence to negotiate and create opportunities in support of sales goals.
Lead strategic initiatives internally and externally that will help drive innovation and contribute to commercial goals.
Develop strategic and creative account plans for managing agencies and their respective brand opportunities.
Manage day‑to‑day project activities and administration across multiple workstreams.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate across internal teams (Client Services, Sales, Data, Product, Sales Ops, Finance) to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Serve as single point of contact for agency‑related status updates and regularly communicate key updates to internal and external teams.
Develop a regular system and cadence for reporting and demonstrating PatientPoint value proposition to clients.
Coordinate social events for our partners; fostering relationships through action and in person.
Call on agency partners; becoming the direct conduit to PatientPoint sales teams and ensuring consistency in approach, communication and management across partners.
What We Need
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
5 years agency experience in Healthcare/Pharma.
Healthcare experience required; Point of Care, Out of Home, Programmatic, Pharmaceutical (DTC and/or HCP) and/or OTC experience highly valued.
Expertise with digital media vernacular and measurement.
Comfort with data and identifying actionable insights; can analyze and interpret KPIs.
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to establish and maintain successful cross‑functional relationships and collaborate closely with multiple teams.
Base Salary Band:
$115,000 – $200,000
Compensation:
