Role Description
The Lifestyle Director is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Tequesta, FL. The Lifestyle Director will manage all aspects of lifestyle programming and activities within the community. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing engaging social, recreational, and educational events that enhance each resident's quality of life. The director will collaborate with other departments, lead a team to execute programs, and create a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Qualifications
Experience in event planning, program coordination, or recreational activities Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Ability to work closely with residents, families, and staff to meet diverse needs Creativity and a passion for enriching the lives of seniors Knowledge of dementia care and memory care programming is a plus Ability to meet deadlines, manage budgets, and coordinate multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology tools Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field is preferred
