Responsibilities for Account Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Manage daily communication with restaurant partners
Respond to inbound support inquiries and resolve or escape issues as needed
Monitor shared inboxes and triage requests from franchisees and corporate contacts
Support onboarding and account updates in coordination with internal teams
Execute scaled and one‑to‑one email communications
Track open cases and follow up through resolution
Validate and coordinate invoices for corporate‑funded offers
Maintain organized records and contribute to process improvements
Candidates for Account Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
1+ year experience in support, operations, sales, or account management (internships applicable)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel, and learning new systems
Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
What's in this Account Coordinator position for you?
· Pay: $30.00/hr.
· Shift: Hybrid- Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
