Don’t Just Intern—Improve How a Plant Runs. At ProAmpac, you won’t be doing busy work. As a Continuous Improvement Intern in our Seattle facility, you’ll take on real projects that impact cost, efficiency, and performance across the plant. You’ll step into a fast‑paced environment where you’ll solve problems, analyze data, and see your ideas turn into real results—all while working alongside engineering and operations leaders. If you naturally think “there’s a better way to do this”—you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Work on real projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive cost savings
Help optimize processes and identify smarter ways of working
Turn ideas into action through quick wins and improvement initiatives
Track project progress, timelines, and results
Use tools like 5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and time studies
Analyze data and help teams make better decisions
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and plant teams
What We’re Looking For
Self‑starter who takes initiative and stays organized
Strong communicator who’s comfortable speaking up
Interested in problem‑solving and working with data
Able to collaborate across teams in a hands‑on environment
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Bonus Points If You
Are pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field
Have exposure to process improvement, Lean, or data analysis

$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
