
Continuous Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals across multiple plant locations. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies to identify inefficiencies and drive sustainable process improvements. Manage cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. Partner with plant leadership to standardize best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other improvement workshops. Provide coaching and training to plant teams on Lean/Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Ensure alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all facilities. Travel regularly within the region to support multiple manufacturing sites. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems. Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete products production preferred. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across multiple locations. Demonstrated success in driving measurable operational improvements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required. Preferred Skills
Experience in multi-site manufacturing operations. Strong leadership and change management capabilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and continuous improvement software.
