What You’ll Do The Consumer Loan Specialist plays a key role in supporting members on their financial journey by providing knowledgeable and responsive service. Core responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries related to Consumer Loans and assisting with new applications in alignment with established lending policies. This role upholds the organization’s commitment to delivering an extraordinary member experience.
This position is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.
Core Contributions
Serve as a key point of contact within an inbound call center environment, responding promptly to Consumer Loan inquiries via the Five9 platform in accordance with established service level objectives. Ensure a high-quality, personalized member experience through effective communication and timely follow-up.
Perform in-depth consultative assessments to identify and evaluate member needs, delivering tailored solutions aligned with their financial goals. Clearly communicate available programs and processes, setting accurate expectations to ensure a transparent and informed member experience.
Accurately complete all required fields within the Loan Operating System in accordance with established departmental Standard Operating Procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Responsible for achieving individual performance objectives and effectively managing the loan pipeline, while closely monitoring loans in process to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience throughout the lending journey.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FourLeaf lending program guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and effective execution. Proactively identify opportunities for collaboration across departments to enhance member engagement and support broader organizational initiatives.
Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy ACT (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position.
Certifications:
NMLS registered or ability to become NMLS registered upon hire.
Assets You Will Bring
High School or GED required.
1 year of experience in financial services, call center, or other related customer service environment.
Certifications: NMLS registered or ability to become NMLS registered upon hire.
Estimated salary for this role is $23.96 to $28.15 per hour.
