New Ridge Experience Director

Essential Functions:

Evaluate, develop, and implement the Experience Ministry under the oversight of the Pastoral team.

Create a welcoming environment for first-time guests.

Proactively identify, welcome, and connect those who are new to New Ridge Fellowship on Sunday mornings.

Engage and re‑engage attendees and members of New Ridge with fitting opportunities.

Oversee communication and timely follow‑up from the Connections Cards and Plan your Visit inquiries.

Train all Host Team volunteers for weekend services with respect to New Ridge Experience expectations.

Assist in coordinating and developing key events: Plan Your Visit, Essentials, etc.

Steward the New Ridge Experience budget under the approval of the Senior Pastor.

Assist the Pastoral team in creating a discipleship pathway from first‑time attendee to committed member of Christ and New Ridge Fellowship.

Assist staff with church‑wide events.

Accomplish all other duties as assigned.

Requirements (knowledge, skills, abilities, education, etc.)

A fully committed follower of Christ that models personal integrity.

Champion of vision, values, and culture of New Ridge Fellowship.

Passion for relational ministry with genuine love for people.

Discipleship‑minded with experience in training and equipping leaders.

Natural ability to create positive first impressions and serve people well.

Detail‑oriented; high proficiency in administration and organization.

Proven skill in communication with an emphasis on collaboration.

Self‑starter with drive and initiative.

This job operates in a professional hybrid setting: mixing both remote and onsite opportunities. Sunday mornings are a regular requirement. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and photocopiers. The church will provide the necessary needs to ensure you can perform your work remotely.
