Role Overview We are looking for a
Graphic Production Artist
to evaluate, refine, and prepare customer artwork for high‑quality print production. In this role, you will transform customer‑submitted files into precise, production‑ready proofs while ensuring alignment with StickerGiant’s technical standards and brand quality expectations.

Who You Are
1–3+ years of experience in graphic production, prepress, print, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Detail‑oriented with a sharp eye for alignment, color, and composition
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment
Strong problem‑solver with the ability to quickly evaluate and adjust artwork
Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams and occasionally with customers
Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, processes, and product offerings
What You’ll Do
Create print‑ready proofs – evaluate and adjust customer artwork to meet production standards including size, resolution, bleed, margins, and color accuracy
Optimize artwork for production – modify files to address technical issues such as fonts, color modes (RGB vs CMYK), spot colors, overprint, and complex design elements
Ensure precision & quality – maintain pixel‑perfect accuracy in layout, cut lines, spacing, and overall file integrity
Deliver high‑volume output – produce a high volume of proofs daily, including new orders, revisions, and defect corrections
Enhance customer artwork – provide light design support such as rebuilding, upscaling, color correction, and cleanup when needed
Collaborate cross‑functionally – partner with production, customer experience, and other teams to ensure smooth workflows and consistent quality
Drive continuous improvement – identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and efficiency
Position Schedule
Full‑time, non‑exempt role
Hybrid work environment
32–40 hours/week: Monday‑Friday, 2 pm – 9 pm (training will take place during 9‑5 hours)
Compensation range: $20 – $24 per hour
