The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams| ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood| documented| and translated into effective solutions. This role is critical for driving process improvements| supporting digital transformation| and delivering value to clients. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering Analysis Engage with stakeholders to elicit| analyze| and document business requirements. Conduct workshops| interviews| and process mapping sessions. Documentation Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)| Functional Specifications| and User Stories. Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design Validation Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables. Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between business units| technology teams| and external vendors. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and resolve conflicts. Process Improvement Identify gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance. Reporting Analysis Provide insights through data analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business| Finance| IT| or related field. Experience 3 - 7 years as a Business Analyst in BFSI or similar domain. Strong understanding of SDLC| Agile| and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in tools like JIRA| Confluence| MS Excel| and visualization tools (Power BITableau). Excellent communication| analytical| and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge of banking products| regulatory compliance| and risk management. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g.| Salesforce) and data analysis tools (SQL| Python). Certifications CBAP| CCBA| or Agile-related certifications . Key Competencies Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills. Adaptability to changing business priorities.
