Job Title Enterprise Account Executive - Pharma Location Oradell, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Company Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs (ACMA) About The Role ACMA is seeking a driven "hunter" to break into new pharmaceutical and biotech accounts and close enterprise-level deals ($100K–$300K+). This role focuses on generating net new revenue by selling high-value training, certification, and AI-driven solutions (ACMAi) into the medical affairs, field reimbursement, and market access sectors. You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building relationships with key stakeholders, and exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Drive new business development within pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level deals. Build relationships with Medical Affairs, MSL leadership, Commercial, Field Reimbursement, Market Access, and HR/L&D teams. Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, solutioning, and closing. Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistently exceed revenue targets. What We're Looking For (Required) 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience. Direct experience selling into pharmaceutical or biotech companies (non-negotiable). Proven track record of closing new business (hunter mentality). Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas. Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong network within life sciences / pharma organizations is a plus. What Success Looks Like Rapid pipeline development within the first 60 days. Consistent closing of new pharmaceutical accounts.
