About Agency Collective Agency Collective is a parent company of industry-leading niche marketing agencies, specializing in building and scaling performance-driven agencies in high-growth sectors. Each vertical operates as its own dedicated agency, with specialized teams and tailored growth strategies to drive profitable scaling. Unified by expertise, the organization provides innovative marketing solutions with a focus on efficiency and industry-specific excellence. We operate niche-specific sub-agencies: SuppAds.co RunCasinoAds.com TeleHealthAds.com BeautyAds.co SubscriptionAds.com each purpose‑built with compliance fluency and vertical expertise that generalist agencies simply can’t match. Our network has helped generate over $200M+ in revenue for the brands we work with. The Role This is not a "review dashboards and attend meetings" leadership role. You're the most experienced media buyer in the room, and you lead by doing: jumping into accounts to diagnose issues, architecting campaign structures, building testing frameworks, and showing your team how to scale profitably. At the same time, you're the strategic layer: you see across the entire client portfolio, spot patterns, allocate focus, and make sure every account is moving in the right direction. You'll own the performance outcomes for every client ad account in the network. You'll manage and develop a team of media buyers. And you'll work directly with the Creative Strategy Director to make sure the creative pipeline is fueled by real performance data. What's working, what's fatiguing, what angles to test next. If you've scaled DTC brands profitably on Meta, managed six‑figure monthly budgets, and led a media buying team that consistently hit targets, this is the role where you do it across an entire agency portfolio. What You’ll Own & Drive Lead, manage, and develop a team of media buyers. Set priorities, review performance, coach on execution, and hold the team accountable to results Oversee all client paid media accounts across the agency network, ensuring every account has a clear strategy, proper structure, and is pacing toward performance targets Hands‑on management and optimization of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) as the primary platform, with Google/Tiktok as a secondary channel Set and execute the paid media strategy for client acquisition, audience targeting, funnel architecture, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and scaling playbooks Build and enforce a rigorous creative testing methodology: develop testing roadmaps, analyze results, and translate performance data into creative briefs and direction for the creative team Generate and communicate data‑driven insights across the organization: what's working, what’s not, where the opportunities are, and what the creative and client teams need to know Own performance reporting for all accounts: build reporting infrastructure, define KPIs, and deliver clear insights to leadership and client success Manage attribution, tracking, and measurement across client accounts: ensure accurate data foundations for decision‑making Continuously research and implement new media buying tactics, platform updates, AI‑powered optimization tools, and emerging best practices to keep the agency ahead Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Creative Strategy Director, Client Success Manager, and email team to align paid media with the broader growth strategy for each client What We’re Looking For 6+ years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns for DTC / ecommerce brands, with a track record of profitably scaling on Meta Proven experience managing media buyers, you've led a team, not just run accounts solo. You know how to develop junior buyers, set standards, and maintain quality across a multi‑account portfolio Deep platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager (primary) and Google Ads / Tiktok Ads (secondary). You understand campaign architecture, audience strategy, bidding mechanics, creative testing frameworks, and troubleshooting at an advanced level Strong analytical skills, you're comfortable pulling insights from large datasets, building dashboards, and using data to drive decisions. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, platform reporting, Triple Whale, Hyros, and Excel/Sheets Experience managing $300K+/month in combined ad spend across multiple accounts simultaneously You understand the relationship between media buying and creative, you can articulate what the creative team needs to produce based on performance signals (hook rates, CTR, ROAS, CPA trends, creative fatigue) Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and structured experimentation at scale Strong communication skills, you can present performance narratives to leadership and clients, not just data dumps Experience in compliance‑heavy or regulated verticals (supplements, health, beauty, gambling, telehealth, peptides) is a strong plus High ownership mentality, you don't wait to be told there's a problem. You find it, diagnose it, and fix it Passion for growth marketing and a "win big" mentality—bonus if you've driven 5x+ ROAS or similar in past roles. Deal‑Breakers (What Won’t Work Here) You've only managed your own accounts and never led a team, we need a leader, not just a solo operator You rely on "set it and forget it" campaign management, we test aggressively and optimize constantly You can't connect media buying insights to creative strategy, the feedback loop between performance data and creative output is the core of this role You avoid accountability or default to blaming algorithms, audiences, or creative when results slip You need heavy direction to operate day‑to‑day, this role requires someone who sets the direction, not follows it Why Agency Collective Own the entire paid media function across a portfolio of DTC brands in some of the most exciting and challenging verticals in digital marketing Work alongside a dedicated creative team that builds assets based on your performance insights. No more begging for creative or working with whatever the brand sends over Founder‑led culture that rewards results, speed, and sharp thinking over politics and process Competitive compensation and the opportunity to shape how paid media operates across the entire agency network as we scale Performance bonuses tied to client results and portfolio growth Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Holidays) Remote‑friendly with flexible work setup To Apply Tell us about the biggest account or portfolio you've scaled, what your approach was, and what results you drove. We want to hear how you think about paid media strategy, not just what buttons you push. Bonus points if you can walk us through how you've structured a creative testing framework that actually moved performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
