Job Summary Our client is seeking a Social Content Specialist – Sales & Marketing to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois. Duties Develop engaging, platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Shoot and edit original videos, capture photography, and design static graphics Appear on camera in video content Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align with brand strategy Stay current on social trends, formats, and platform updates Own the full content lifecycle from concept to execution Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights Source and manage user‑generated, employee‑generated, and partner content Assist in briefing and coordinating externally produced creative assets Desired Skills/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in social media content creation Strong skills in video editing, graphic design, photography, and videography Experience with the following tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc. Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, engaging social content required Experience appearing on camera in content Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr preferred Excellent communication and copywriting skills Bilingual (Spanish) Agency or community management experience Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Active personal social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Must provide portfolio with examples of relevant work Must clearly list location and portfolio link at the top of resume Benefits Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee‑Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $18.67 and $26.67. #J-18808-Ljbffr
