What will I be doing?
Own and grow a portfolio of venue and supplier partnerships across Austria & Switzerland , driving retention, revenue, and long-term partner success .

As the primary point of contact, you’ll turn partner goals into clear, data‑led growth plans , identifying opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell, and expand account value .

This role is all about deepening relationships and unlocking commercial potential , improving partner performance, strengthening engagement and ensuring our platform delivers real impact for every customer.

Your work will directly shape the quality of our marketplace, elevating the experience for our partners.

Specific responsibilities will include:
You own partner relationships and performance

You manage a portfolio of accounts in your territories, building strong relationships and driving measurable impact

You run regular performance reviews, present insights and recommendations, and align on clear success criteria.

You proactively protect revenue by identifying risk early and executing save/renewal plans.

You drive expansion and commercial outcomes

You generate, qualify and progress upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to meet KPI targets.

You build proposals that map product value to partner goals; you negotiate and close within guardrails.

You engage stakeholders, decision‑makers and influencers to drive alignment and secure outcomes.

You operate with data excellence and market insight

You keep CRM (HubSpot) immaculate—notes, next steps, values, close dates and stakeholders.

You track, report and forecast account performance and pipeline; you share weekly insights on risks and upside.

You monitor industry trends and competitor activity in your territories and convert insights into account strategy.

You educate, engage and advocate for partners

You create and deliver engaging content (emails, webinars, playbooks) to increase product understanding and adoption.

You collect, condense and share structured feedback with Product, Marketing and Operations to inform roadmap and GTM.

You communicate clearly in the language relevant for your territories to explain product value and drive outcomes.

You collaborate to unlock growth

You partner with Sales peers and Growth Account Managers to optimise account performance across the lifecycle.

You coordinate campaigns with Marketing to lift awareness, utilisation and expansion potential.

You contribute to playbooks and share best practices that scale results across the team.

We’re looking for someone who:

Is an excellent communicator in the language relevant for your territories (Austria/Switzerland), confident presenting to clients.

Has proven B2B account management or sales experience with a track record against revenue and retention targets.

Is familiar with the landscape of Austria (to be able to understand our venue situations). It’s beneficial if you have lived there previously.

Is commercially sharp with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Is Data‑literate and organised; comfortable interpreting performance data and operating rigorously in CRM (HubSpot).

Is curious about the wedding industry; turns market and competitor insights into action.

Is a collaborative team player who shares insights and works cross‑functionally to deliver results.
