Account Manager As an Account Manager, you serve as the liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on building strong relationships. You oversee account activities, provide support, and work to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring clients receive exceptional service. You will work in an office setting, collaborating with colleagues and meeting with clients as needed. Your dedication to understanding client needs will be key to achieving mutual success. Responsibilities Own day-to-day relationships for assigned accounts Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing strategic check-ins Identify needs, propose solutions, and drive expansions and renewals Coordinate service changes and projects with internal teams and vendors Manage customer communications during incidents and escalations Keep clean notes, activities, and pipeline updates in HubSpot Partner with Sales and Engineering to onboard new customers smoothly Collaborate with internal teams to align processes with client expectations Uncover possibilities for process refinement and implement standard practices Administer client interactions ensuring they comply with company and industry standards Coordinate with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and retention Evaluate performance indicators and update clients on results Qualifications 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client services Experience in managed IT, telecom, ISP, UCaaS, or B2B technology preferred Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable owning multiple priorities and keeping details straight Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Ability to oversee multiple accounts and achieve targets without fail Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively Experience with CRM platforms and relationship management tools is advantageous Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline Minimum of five years managing accounts in a related industry Compensation $72,500 - $81,000 yearly About Aseva, LLC Aseva, LLC is a Santa Barbara-based IT and telecom services company.
