
Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of customers and be responsible for retention, customer satisfaction, and expansion. You will coordinate internally with engineering and support teams, manage vendor and carrier workstreams when needed, and run a consistent cadence of customer touchpoints, including Quarterly Business Reviews. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable leading conversations with business owners and IT leaders.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day relationships for assigned accounts
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing strategic check-ins
Identify needs, propose solutions, and drive expansions and renewals
Coordinate service changes and projects with internal teams and vendors
Manage customer communications during incidents and escalations
Keep clean notes, activities, and pipeline updates in HubSpot
Partner with Sales and Engineering to onboard new customers smoothly
Qualifications
2+ years in account management, customer success, or client services
Experience in managed IT, telecom, ISP, UCaaS, or B2B technology preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable owning multiple priorities and keeping details straight
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Compensation
$26 - $30 hourly
