Job Description The work location of this role is hybrid: performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as required by business needs. The role may be based in San Francisco, CA or Mountain View (South Bay), CA. We are looking for a Strategic Finance Senior Associate (LMS) to join our team and lead top and bottom‑line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. This person will focus on business‑wide initiatives including product GTM, Partnerships strategy, operating model redesign, and long‑term strategic planning to support growth of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions – our ads business. Responsibilities Strategic Thinking Identifies new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners. Validates and pressure‑tests growth opportunities. Operationalizes ideas and develops execution plans with support from senior team members. Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input to understand priorities and constraints. Stakeholder Influence Communicates the implications of work (forecasts, analyses, trends) to senior cross‑functional stakeholders to drive action. Leverages insights and data to develop narratives that influence stakeholders with limited guidance. Execution & Organization Partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to support initiative growth by providing a metrics‑oriented perspective with minimal supervision. Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. Identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support. Performance Management Accesses, transforms, and synthesizes data from cross‑platform sources to analyze signals, trends, and risks. Executes ad‑hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & ops, or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in the technology industry. Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, stock, benefits, and other incentive plans. Compensation is based on factors such as skill set, experience, and location.
