VP Marketing - Marketplace Growth Leader

Salary : $200k-$250k + bonus and equity (substantial upside) Sector: SaaS/Marketplace Location: New York 3 days a week. Our client is a fast-growing SaaS marketplace connecting media professionals with the brands and agencies who want to reach them. Journalists and creators use the platform to find expert sources, while PRs and brands pay for access — a model where the supply side fuels demand and revenue. With the US as the largest and fastest-growing market, we’re now looking for a hands-on VP Marketing. What you’ll do: Drive acquisition — grow the journalist/creator community that fuels the network. Build and optimise lifecycle & CRM programs to speed free → paid conversion. Own email & social performance, managing contractors/specialists where needed. Take 0→1 ownership of campaigns: strategy through execution. Partner with Sales, Product, and Content to align US GTM strategy. What we’re looking for: Proven generalist marketer with breadth across channels. Strong lifecycle/email + social expertise with measurable growth impact.
