Slot Lead Ambassadors operate as front-line supervisors for the Slots Department, responsible for supervising, mentoring, and assisting Slot Ambassadors. Additionally, Slot Lead Ambassadors are expected to provide guest service tasks including, but not limited to, jackpot payments, minor machine repairs, paper changes, bill jams, currency and coin exchange, ticket redemption and Thunder Rewards Card sign-ups. This job requires strong multitasking and prioritizing skills between Guest requests and casino floor operations while maintaining a positive attitude and providing friendly, efficient service to internal and external Guests. The Slot Lead Ambassador will properly implement all Title 31 procedures and observe and safeguard assets of the company. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education. Two (2) years of slots experience. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and counsel subordinates. Ability to respond to Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form. Ability to maintain positive and effective working relationships with other Team Members, Management, Guests, and other departments. Ability to multi task while still maintaining a positive attitude. Proficiency with math and money handling. Basic computer skills. Have thorough understanding of Title 31 requirements, including, but not limited to, all unacceptable currency transactions, logging requirements, MTL's and CTRC's. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License. Physical Requirements: Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift. Required to carry equipment weighing up to 15 lbs. including keys, radio, money pouch, and scanner. Ability to lift or push chairs weighing up to 45 lbs. Manual dexterity to work with computer keyboards, machine locks, and small tools to repair minor machine malfunctions. Ability to use equipment such as a currency counter, scanner, calculator, telephone, keys, hand-held radio and other electronic devices. Ability to hear radio transmissions and the ability to communicate clearly on the radio. Must be able to wear an earpiece.
