Job Responsibilities
The position serves as the main contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle, from approval to closing. Key responsibilities include: Managing the deal flow pipeline in collaboration with Relationship Managers to ensure timely closings. Coordinating and reviewing closing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Overseeing the transaction process, including issue escalation and risk management. Ensuring accurate processing and booking of loan activities such as payments and draws. Communicating any issues to lenders prior to closing. Required Skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to enforce policies and procedures confidently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, the Bank's core system, and nCino software. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in lending or loan processing roles. Preferred Experience
Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate and Commercial & Industrial loan documentation.
