Responsibilities
As a key member of the marketing creative team, the Digital Designer is responsible for supporting brand and key product strategies through digital execution.

Drive brand forward by conceptualizing and executing elevated designs for digital platforms; inclusive of, but not limited to: email, site, paid media, brand/corporate initiatives, internal materials, and special projects. Exact assignments to be determined by team RACI.

Understand and execute elevated designs aligning to seasonal product priorities & brand strategies, adhering to brand standards & design guidelines.

Partner with key stakeholders to align on executional strategies and messaging priorities by channel to create best‑in‑class customer experiences.

Present creative as part of review process to key stakeholders.

Proof & review final creative for approval.

Finalize & prep creative for release to cross‑functional partners and/or vendors, ensuring all assets are optimized and provided to specs and correct format.

Required Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years of design experience or other creative/design related field

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in additional creative programs a plus (i.e. AfterEffects, Figma, etc.)

Understanding of production work in a digital setting

Retail and fashion experience preferred, but not required

Bachelor's degree in design, art, or related field or equivalent experience
