About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and driven Content Manager to serve as the right hand to our CEO in building and scaling a powerful personal brand and company presence across all major social media platforms. This is not a typical social media role — you will own the entire content operation end-to-end.
From setting up and managing the in-office studio to filming, editing, scripting, ideating, and posting across every channel, you will have full creative control and accountability for the growth of the CEO's organic social media presence. You'll be embedded with the CEO, capturing organic moments and producing scripted, high-quality content designed to educate, engage, and build a loyal audience.
Core Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Develop weekly and monthly content strategies aligned with brand goals and growth targets
Research and identify trending topics, formats, and hooks relevant to the CEO's niche
Write scripts, outlines, and talking points for short-form and long-form video content
Build and maintain a content calendar with a structured posting schedule across all platforms
Plan and coordinate all shoots, including location, setup, props, and talent scheduling
Production
Set up, manage, and maintain the in-office content studio (lighting, camera, audio, backdrop)
Film high-quality organic and scripted content with the CEO in-office, on-site, and during travel
Capture behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life, and real-time content for organic storytelling
Operate camera equipment (DSLR/mirrorless, gimbals, tripods, lapel mics, etc.)
Post-Production
Edit all video content to a professional standard optimized for each platform's format and algorithm
Add captions, graphics, transitions, sound design, and branded elements
Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips across multiple platforms
Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and quality standards across every piece of content
Social Media Management & Growth
Post and schedule content across all platforms according to the content calendar
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage community interactions
Track performance metrics and analytics; report on growth, engagement, and content performance weekly
Continuously optimize content strategy based on data, trends, and audience behavior
Own the growth targets for the CEO's social media presence across all channels
