
Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing architecture firm in Dallas! This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is a strong writer, visually creative, and eager to learn the business side of architecture, design, and professional services.
As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping how our firm presents itself through proposals, bids, presentations, and marketing materials. You’ll work directly with the Owner/CEO and collaborate with firm principals to help win new work and strengthen our brand.
What You’ll Do
Lead the creation, coordination, and submission of proposals, RFQs, RFIs, and bids
Write, edit, and proofread marketing content with a strong attention to detail and tone
Design and update proposal layouts, graphics, and visual assets using InDesignand other design tools
Create PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, interviews, and pursuits
Develop and maintain marketing collateral (firm profiles, project sheets, resumes, etc.)
Support website updates and content management
Maintain proposal schedules, deadlines, and submission requirements
Collaborate with architects and principals to gather project information and narratives
Ensure brand consistency across all materials
Assist with special marketing projects as the firm grows
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
Exceptional writing skills — clear, concise, and persuasive
Adobe InDesign experience required
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Creative eye for layout, graphics, and visual storytelling
Proficiency (or strong interest) in tools such as:
Any other design or content tools you’re comfortable with (we want to know!)
Comfortable working with senior leaders and principals
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
