Position Summary
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our wound care services. This position is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume outreach environment and excels at building strong professional relationships. You will connect with key decision‑makers at nursing homes, long‑term care, and skilled nursing facilities to introduce and promote Pinnacle’s wound care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with facility directors, administrators, and key decision‑makers in the long‑term care industry.
Present and promote Pinnacle’s wound care services through calls, virtual demos, and in‑person meetings.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual business development targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (healthcare experience a plus).
Strong phone presence with the ability to confidently communicate value and build rapport.
Ability to multitask , prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficient with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
Self‑motivated, driven, and passionate about helping others through business growth.
